Dr. Andrew Webber is a native of Saint John, New Brunswick. Dr. Webber graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Dr. Webber completed his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 2002. While in Optometry school, Dr. Webber completed an externship in ocular disease at Vision America in Birminingham, Alabama in 2001, and was awarded the Dr. W. Ross Andrews Prize for Clinical Profiency. Dr. Webber joined Elmsdale Vision Centre in 2004, after practicing in Dartmouth for two years.

Dr. Webber is a past vice-president and secretary treasurer of the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists (NSCO). He is currently chairman of the Website Committee and a member of the Continuing Education Committee.

Dr. Webber resides in Waverley with his wife Tara, whom he met in high school, and their son Oliver. When not chasing Oliver around the house and yard, Dr. Webber enjoys golf, hiking and camping. The Webber's welcomed their second child, Charlie Osborne Webber to their family on November 13, 2008, weighing in at 11 lbs 4 oz.
